Cat Mom Finds Clever and Hilarious Way to Transport Her Kitty While Moving Apartments

With pets, some things are never easy. Some dog owners struggle to get enough sleep with their furry friends taking over the bed, while some cat owners spend hours just trying to catch their pet for one reason or another. Something like leaving for vacation or packing up to move ends up being a lot more difficult than it needs to be!

Eventually, many pet parents find that perfect 'hack' or trick to make their struggles easier, though it's not always a conventional solution. Just ask cat mom Isabelle, who recently found the best way to transport her cat in the car while moving apartments. Honestly, the cat doesn't seem to hate it!

@Isabelle_kern16 and her viewers are also loving the clever cat-carrying technique. The item she used is super cute, even if it's not as secure as an official cat carrier. It still does the trick!

LMAO! Walter the gray and white kitty seems to be enjoying the view from his own personal peepholes. Maybe the strawberry helps him feel more secure and enclosed than the open window of the cat carrier does--but whatever the reason for his comfort, don't question it!

"I wonder if the red hue makes him feel more at ease," speculates commenter @none._.ya._. "That or he's just too confused to meow, LOL." Who knows! Either way, Isabelle says he was much calmer in the strawberry than in his cat carrier. So let's call it a win! It sounds like they only drove a short distance too. Now, this kitty is settling in to his new home!

Still, it's recommended to use a travel cat carrier when transporting felines in the car...when you're able, of course. There are several different kinds of pet carriers to choose from, so the odds are that you'll find something that works for your feline friend. You can also search on pet supply websites for a pet carrier meant specifically for the backseat of the car. You might have to invest a little more money and time in these carriers, but your cat's peace of mind and safety will be worth it.
